Shipping

a) Paper artworks 
All paper artworks will be shipped within 3-5 working days after purchase and will be packaged with care and shipped via La Poste, with delivery confirmation and insurance.
All artwork on paper don’t have mat board. A multitude of colors, textures & size exist and it depends of taste. Please contact me for a particular request. 

b) Canvas artworks 
All canvas artworks will be shipped within 3-7 working days after purchase. 
All work on canvas, will be appropriately crated/boxed for shipment, through an appropriate carrier with signature confirmation and insurance (Fed EX, DHL or UPS). 
All work on canvas is not varnished. It depends of taste. Please contact me for a particular request.

Please contact me if you wish to have over service and the shipping charges will be applied accordingly.

Refunds and Exchanges

a) If you are unhappy with your purchased artwork
Please contact me within 3 days. You have 15 business days (after you have received it) to return it to me in the original box/packaging. Once received and inspected for damages, you will then be credited the subtotal price minus any original shipping costs back to your account.

b) If the artwork purchased was damaged in transit
Paintings are insured during transit to cover damage or loss. Please check the deliveries thoroughly on arrival as once the delivery has been signed for it is no longer insured by the courier, and is the sole responsibility of the customer. So if the artwork purchased was damaged in transit, please don’t accept the delivery and I will refund the totality of the order as soon as possible.

c) If I have overestimated shipping to your location
Shipping rates are calculated to include the cost of packaging materials that insure the safe transport of your purchased artwork. If for some reason I have overestimated shipping to your location, I will refund the overage through paypal directly after shipping your painting(s).

Additional Policies and FAQs

a) Cerfificate of Authenticity
A Certificate of Authenticity will be provided with every piece with date and signature.

b) Copy rights
Antonella Olivieri © I owned the copy rights of all my artworks.Copy Right does not transfer with the sale of any of the works purchased on Etsy.
Reproduction without permission is prohibited. 

c) Commission orders
I do accept commission orders. Commission orders require a 50% deposit with the remainder being due upon completion.
I enjoy doing landscapes, abstract, portraits, figures and still life. 
I enjoy oil, oil pastels, watercolor, acrylic, pastels and india ink.

d) Taxes
Please be aware that your country may charge taxes at customs. I declare the full value of the work. You are responsible to pay any duties and/or taxes that are levied at the point of entry into the country being shipped to. 

e) Colors painting
While I make every attempt to accurately match the colors in my paintings and drawings, please be aware that computer monitors can vary quite a lot, so the colors may not be exactly the same on your monitor and mine.
